Daily care
Our days starts at 5:30 AM. We always start by greeting all the animals individually with happy vibes and smiles. No mater the animal or financial status, every animal is given the most positive interactions possible, happy animals show it 🙂. At this time they will be fed and then turned out . We believe every animal feels this time the most, we make certain they are happy , loved and feel no stress. They trust us and we will never let them down. Once feedings are all handled according to the weather we will decide their day for them , here in florida it's day to day and sometimes hour to hour with the weather, we closely monitor to make sure they are always in safe hands and not stressed. Fans are mounted through out and there's always blanketing available when needed. All animals are routinely checked in on, we always know what's going on. Bitting and fighting will not be tolerated so we monitor closely and seperate those that do. Periodically, we will interact with the animals, this helps them feel noticed, and always keeps their spirits happy. No animal shares a stall , we only handle a set amount at once, we will not over crowd our farm. Evenings consist of cleanings and feedings independently, again these times are crucial to their stress levels and happiness. Night time we leave low light on specifically for us to monitor them, but dim enough for them to rest and most importantly feel safe..
Long Term Boarding
We strive to give each animal its own individual attention, although we have multiple animals at once we have a solid routine, we like to think it's the westin way 🙂. Our animals are our pride and joy, no one animal is treated any less , based on age, or financial status. We operate our farm our way , we encourage all owners to come visit their animals as much as possible, but we ask that you leave the work to us. You will have access to an outdoors arena and lots of trails nearby. We offer transportation if needed with a small reasonable fee. Wash bay is available free to use , we ask that you be polite and cleanup after yourself. We have picnic tables and bathrooms , we have a tack area and we have a slop sink for washing your animals accessories and also your hands.
We are very protective of our farm so we closely monitor who comes and goes, we have a sign in book that all guests must sign into when they arrive and leave. Our farm is drama free, westin farms will not tolerate any negativity. We have garbage cans throughout the property and we will not tolerate our farm being anything but spotless.. make yourself at home , relax with your pet and be happy 🙂
Competitive Pricing
Our prices are all reasonably priced according to our farms appearance, amenities, feedback and in line with the surrounding farms. We will not undercut nor will we over charge. We do this because it's our lifestyle, all profits are put back into our farm. We constantly strive to offer more amenities and luxurious accommodations for our clients and their pets.
